Why am I so open about mental illness? Because I don’t want folks to leave me when a bad day inevitably happens. I might want to talk to them. So I try to get that out of the way early.

I love the work of Steve Martin. He’s a comedian and musician. He might have a lot of good advice. But not today! lol.

Over-stimulating people. A bias alert.
Being an overstimulated or stimulating person is not a crime.. has to do with mental illness. I hate people.

Please be careful if you think you’re not biased against mental patients.
Sometimes when folks are dicks, I play bass.

I notice the gurus are going “minimal.”
I lament the schools of thought we fight just to get a listen. But the minimalist thing drives me bonkers.
