We are a band, if you didn’t know. Folks hire us for stuff.
**The Kintners** is where our songwriting lives. We both work on other bands and commercial music projects, but this is the place where we make the music we want to hear. To us, songwriting is a journey—an artistic pursuit of getting better, seeing the world differently, and looking inward through memory, experience, and the challenge of our own perceptions. We write songs that ask questions more often than they answer them.
Keri is the finest lyricist I’ve ever had the privilege of writing with, and our songs are built together around melodies, harmonies, and stories that stay with us. We love to sing, we love rich vocal harmony, and we aren’t interested in staying inside one genre if a song wants to go somewhere else.
Everything is created in our home analog studio, centered around a TASCAM Model 24 as of June 2026, because we enjoy the hands-on process as much as the finished recording. At the end of the day, The Kintners exists for the reasons: we make the kind of music we love listening to, and we hope others find something of themselves in it too.
How to listen

Invite us over or come see us live

Where to listen to us: Bandcamp or Subvert.
I am not trying to be cantankerous but I feel most companies in this place are downright sinister. I am trying to use the least-sinister ones I can find to partner up with so I can fucking sleep. Bandcamp and Subvert don’t make me vomit, so they get my stuff, for now. Or feel free to rob the repository. I keep everything in a public folder anyway. I know, it’s on google drive. I’m in the process. Problem is for online storage, they all give me that sinister vibe. I’ll keep you posted.
