What’s the definition of insanity again?
Everyone knows that Trump and his lackeys will not honor a deal. So why is it even in a plan written in words to try to negotiate? Why do we have to keep making concessions for folks who want us dead or gone?
The enemy can count on good people to want a peaceful amicable solution. They end up using that as a tool against us. The truth is they have no intention of honoring deals.
How do you get around that? One way would be to start expecting them to be realistic by examining their past behavior. There’s a lot of bad deals on record to look at. Probably a pattern there.
Do not elect bullies president should have been a rule.
You don’t elect them dictator but you messed up there, America. Shouldn’t have even allowed him to enter the fray.
If you think all conflict ends peacefully, you haven’t been in much conflict. It often doesn’t end the way you want. However, there’s no chance this regime gives up power to a legal procedure or an election. So what do we do now?
What about law enforcement?
We could try enforcing the law..
Judges have slapped Trump around with his erroneous lawsuits, deportations, abuse of power.. but no one cuffs him and drags him away. Why is that?
It’s because he owns cops. That’s not new. Rich folks have always owned them. Cops keep riff raff out of their neighborhoods. They won’t arrest him. He’s the boss.
My experience with cops.
I’ve been arrested in 3 states and I’ve met 30-40 cops and every damn one was easy to anger and dull as hell. They aren’t there to keep peace. They are there to do what the affluent want; sweep folks under the rug. Every cop? Maybe not. But every one I’ve met.
This police force is the hands of the regime. They won’t put the mouth in jail. Trump can say anything he wants. The cops got his back. Judges can get fired up. Cops will laugh. Trump will too, right there with them.
We’re used to bullies in our society. They paved the way for the Trump regime. A lot of them wear badges. They “normalized” him.
Why we even talking?
Smart folks on TV or the endless punditry online don’t talk about Trump only being the mouth of the regime. They talk as if he’s at the top. When you follow money it’s very simple to see folks are buying government policy like it’s on sale. Churches, Energy, contractors, defense. Trump is not in charge of the law. He’s selling it.
Conflict is scary. But it has to happen sometimes. It doesn’t have to be violent. No one has to get hurt. But honesty and willingness are essential for mutually beneficial resolution. We will NEVER get that from this Trump regime. It’s time to think of something else.
