(Disclaimer: when I say “rich people,” I’m talking about multimillionaires and billionaires. Unless you have that kind of money, you’re likely just comfortably poor and may not know it. Yet.)
Just because one’s worse than the other doesn’t mean they aren’t actually the same.
Many folks like me will write about how both parties sound the same. I did it twice yesterday on this site, (last two entries).
This is alarming to me. Why? Because the definition of fascism is expansive, but one of them includes, “one party rule.” There’s rich folks on both sides. They like each other. Good for them!

The Money Party.
There’s a money party in the U.S. They are only concerned with political parties in that they make sure to have money in both. If money gets spent, they win. It was likely them selling something.
We have taken more cues from Wal-Mart than the founding fathers at this point for running a country. Guess what? It sucks, (unless you have a lot of money).

What is earned, what is just being lucky?
Folks who have a ton of money think they did something right. Folks who get to eat get to live. But what about folks who want to learn? Heal? Be accepted? Better themselves? Or simply not be picked on? What do they have to do to “earn” that stuff?
Nothing.
Everyone deserves that stuff. Not just rich folks. That’s not party lines, it’s financial ones.

Be sure to get lots of points.
In order for poor folks to make more, rich folks have to make less. I’m with the poor here. Net worth is silly.🤪. Why would I give a shit about your net worth? Ugh. I honestly have no clue what mine is.🤷 If life is a video game, is net worth the score to you rich folks out there? Don’t you think that’s dumb?
I do not care how rich you get.
Rich people I’ve known have had a tendency to try to make me care about their money as if I had a stake in it. It’s a lot like indie musicians but with no talent, just a knack for collecting money. For the rich folks I know, no one gives a shit about your money. You didn’t earn it. You don’t need it. And it very likely means you having it means me not having it. So shut up about your purchases, projects, and people you know! It’s all windbag bullshit when poor folks are around.
The food banks are hurting, and some rich president posts a pic of a new marble bathroom. He’s not the only person out of touch. If you think about profit at the moment, you’re probably there with him to some extent. No normal person is thinking about profit. They’re wondering how we make it through this.

Just so we are clear.
I hate the president, no lie. Always have. When I was a boy my brother had a poster of him on the wall in our bedroom. He looked goofy then, even worse now. Just hate him. Disclosure.
I hate most every politician in Washington that doesn’t talk about important stuff. There’s a lot of them. Both sides. Important stuff is like, “Jesus! What the fuck?!”
A little reality.
The truth is everyone should be shocked and in the streets. Even politicians in Washington. It’s dire. That’s just the truth. But if you have money, you’re insulated, at least for now. You aren’t feeling the damage like poor folks do. Sorry, you’re just not. If you have money and you want to do what’s right, you wouldn’t have much money. It’s not right to collect it like baseball cards. We all use it.
Money is funny. It’s a concept. It’s a mutually agreed upon currency so we don’t have to take wares to the store and barter. It doesn’t represent gold anymore, hasn’t for a long time. So while it technically may be worthless as a piece of paper or a number online, it’s worth something a little different in the minds of folks who realize its power.
Money means freedom. That’s fascism. Sorry to say it’s been here a while.
Food for thought…
America is ruled by the money party. Not republicans, not democrats, those are hardly recognizable compared to what they used to be. It’s all money these days. Funny, like I said, for something that doesn’t technically exist. But then if you consider church..
Return to home.
