Who do you talk to?
I see musicians every day who give their guts to folks they don’t even know them or who have heard them yet. As someone listening to them or watching them, I want to say, “I’m over here.”

New Release: Djembe Boogie
Djembe Boogie is the latest jam from Djembe Funk. That’s my one man band of guitar, fretless bass, and djembe. It’s a full half, if not more of improvisation. Having fun and sharing.

Now is the time.
News in the US has me thinking about protest. If you ever needed a nudge, I am nudging.

A new day, a new spoken word project.
I want to work on a spoken word project. Are you a good speaker?

Rant: Taylor Swift’s music sucks. A little about why;
Folks swear by brand names. Is Taylor Swift a brand of popular music? Probably. That’s like picking out an ice chest with your ears, choosing a musician for their brand.
