I’m not sure about the big anniversary next year.
Does “America” mean what it did 250 years ago? It has more than evolved, it has become something else. I’m not a big fan of the new thing.

I have eaten at this joint. It was good. But most steak places make me yearn for my own grill. As a trucker, had to take what I could get on paydays. This place had truck parking. Woot.

One of the things I love about memes is that someone out there made something who feels like I do. At least I hope that.

I don’t think we need preachers as politicians, on either side.
I’m pictured here playing a Jack Casady bass. I love the instrument, I love the guy playing it on my records. None of that has anything to do with Jesus, thank god. But if it was politics.

Who do you talk to?
I see musicians every day who give their guts to folks they don’t even know them or who have heard them yet. As someone listening to them or watching them, I want to say, “I’m over here.”
